Lush Laotian landscapes

Wow. One week in Laos and I’m still reeling from how stunning it is.

Despite spending time in Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng and the capital Vientiane, I only just scratched the surface of the country’s practically untouched miles of mountains, rivers and gorgeous greenery. From stunning waterfalls and temples, to the friendliest, most chilled out locals I’ve ever met, the country has so much going for it.

I already expect to be one of those infuriating people that visit it again in a decade, reminiscing about how it was ‘in my day’ and complaining about tourists, in spite of being one.

But for now, I’ll start the reminiscing prematurely by gazing at the following shots:
