There’s nothing like an Israeli sunset

I’ve written about my love for golden hour before. Also known as magic hour in photography, it’s just after sunrise or just before sunset. The light is softer and images are often stunning.

I won’t blow my own trumpet by declaring mine as such, but having spent a week in Israel I have been struck by the small country’s natural beauty.

Living in gloomy London it’s extremely rare to even see a sunset, whereas in Israel it’s rare not to.

The following sunset snapshots were taken in Herzilya’s marina, Tel Aviv’s port and Netanya’s beaches.
